Did you test the tubes first? Sounds maybe like an arc in one of them. This is a new model amp, why are you changing tubes so soon?

I bought the tubes from the Tube Store...
Didn't test them, at least not in a way I know how, apart from putting them in.
My reason for changing them was 2 orange to red lights on the bias system, and the amp starting change sound drastically.

What should i have done?

You will likely need to take it in for service. When you reset the bias system did the new tubes read bad, or did the bias indicator simply sit there and cycle flashing green? If so, check the tube fuses. These are micro fuses underneath the chassis. If not, and the tubes are reading all green and good to go, but there's the clicking I'd take it in for service.

Is it actual click, or a static sound?

I've just replaced all of the Tube fuses, still the tacking static noise every 6-8 seconds.

Check the Ground / Lift in the XLR section on the rear of the head.

Ground lift doesn't change anything, but a note, the overdrive channel switch is a bit noisy. and I get a bit of a thump cycling off of stand-by..

Preamp tubes? If the overdrive is noisy....check them.

I've given this a bit more thought and the best advice I can give you is that unless you are a qualified electronics tech with a background in tube amplification plus the test gear to properly diagnose problems then you need to take it to a qualified tube amp tech. While tubes are warrantied for 90 days the rest of the amp has a much longer warranty which you can void by poking around yourself. There are also hazardous voltages involved here. Players who use tube amps but don't really have the tech gear or knowledge needed to maintain them should absolutely have an amp tech lined up to maintain it who is properly equipped and experienced in the care and feeding of tube amps. It almost certainly is an arc since it repeats predictably. Without a tube tester finding out the specific valve that is arcing could take hours and you'd need another entire compliment of tubes so you could swap them one at a time.
