Nor can I.

You'll need to approximate the date by extrapolating the EIA date codes found stamped on the three transformers. Post those codes here and we'll try to decipher when the amp was built.

I used to have a 74. I can't remember the number for the life of me, though. I want to say it started with A65. Sorry I'm not much help.

A6 + 5-digits – serial numbers seem to relate to '76/'77 at least according to this web site.

http://www.ggjaguar.com/fendamp6.htm

Of course pics would sure help a whole bunch.

They write about chassis : accurate information is missing for silver Face amps.

And we can read too ;

"Without date codes from transformers, pots and/or speakers, it’s not possible to predict amp dates by serial number. "

+1

Assuming all the iron is original to the chassis it shouldn't be much of a task to "ballpark" the amp's birthday. Numbers on the pots would be helpful as well.
