Now it's really getting to be a lot of fun! TalkBass Players are begining to receive their new Rumbles everyday now. Just today two Rumble 100 combo's and a couple of Rumble 40's. Lots of good things being said too. New members signing on everyday too. It is a beautiful thing :)

I'll have to go over there and troll you, like some boneheads often do on that site. :P Nah, I'm joking. That's cool that people aren't so uptight about this amp because of the name, or whatever the issue was. I always thought that was idiotic and worrying too much what other people think. It reminds me of middle school b.s. The Rumble is a good amp in that it does work well. I've never had an issue with it's reliability, so far. Knock on wood.

Gentlemen.
Between the Rumble threads here and at Talkbass, I am so tuned to indulge in a new rig. I currently own a Markbass LMII and a Rumble 350 head that I picked up a little over a year ago on clearance. I have two TC Electronic RS 210 cabs. Great rig. Great set up. Never have a problem and I love the tone of both of the heads through the cabs. But I got the GAS. I think a Rumble 200 combo with the beautiful 15 inch speaker would be awesome to have and if I needed to use it in a bar or restaurant, I am sure it would do the job. I don't like playing with loud drumming so I don't think it would be a problem to gig with. Other wise I can just use it and love the tone. or bring it to practice. Mmm. Either way, I gotta get one.

GREAT! Please write and post us a review after you live with it a bit. I'm very interested in the new Rumble 200's also. :)

Marketing and the perceptions it creates..... I never used the Rumble setting on my Bronco 40 because the name sounded lame and the preset was not set well, IMO. I am glad that I broke the perception and purchased a 350. It is the finest bass amp I have used. That does not mean it is the finest bass amp. There are many bass amps that have not been experienced by me.

Ampeg SVT never really did it for me, although having to use one in a situation would not be so bad. They do make a very good sound for certain genres.

The ease and portability of the Rumble heads is is a serious gift, IMO. The 2x8 neo rumble cab I have is a great lightweight standalone rig for humble demands. That same cab can also sit on my 1x15 cab giving me the full 350 watts and a very solid 'presence'. All very portable with excellent tone and control.

 I'd say about 125 of the members are new V3 Rumble buyers many of which are totally new to Fender Bass Amplification. That probably represents a good 35 or 40 thousand dollars in sales over a period of about 120 days since the V3's first became available in May '14. For the first time since the new Rumbles hit these shores most of the major e-tailers are finally showing the entire line as 'in stock & ready to ship'.
I spoke with Fender Consumer Relations, and sales of and demand for new Rumbles is extremely strong and has exceeded all expectations blowing through market predictions. Fender Rumbles are the market leaders in their price range outselling all competitors. :D
