Hi guys Im planning to get a 410 Rumble Cab of the 2013 Generation that runs at 4ohms and my questions are:

1) it mention 4 ohms at 500RMS and 1000w Programable ... What is the 1000 Programable ??

2) How can I match this Cab with a Second one ???? IS it Possible ???

If you add a second cab, the impedance will need to match the first cab. 4 Ohms. That would mean your amp head will have to handle a 2 ohm load.

thanks for the answer ... in my case i got a GK mb500 and it recommend do not go down 4 ohms ...

whats the risk of getting down with the ohms ???

is it a real risk?

Are you sure it didn't say, don't go below 4 ohms?
The GK site rates the MB 500, 500 watts @ 4 ohms. So by that, I wouldn't go below 4 ohms. Meaning either two 8 ohm cabs, or one 4 ohm cab. 500 Watts either way, (2) 8 ohm cabs, or (1) 4 ohm cab.

"The China Syndrome"

Amps are designed to operate at a specific impedance load (or range of loads) for optimized coupling between its output stage and the speaker array. Too high of a speaker impedance forces the amp to "push" harder to attain the desired volume level (generally not harmful to the components) while too low of a speaker impedance encourages the amp to exceed the maximum permissible current flow that its components can safely handle (the resulting heat can often fry the amp's output stage).
