Back panel on some bassman show 1.5 amp. Ohms law ; 1.5 X 125 AC volts= 187 watts

This is 187 watt per hour.

Why would you want to leave amp ON overnight ?

The Bronco 40 has a 110watt Primary Power rating at maximum output power, so idle power dissapation is going to be in the region of possibly 15watts or less. BUT DEFINATELY NOT 110WATTS! So leaving it on will not draw large energy unless ofcourse youre bass is unplugged and the cable tip is creating a lot of white noise or buzz. But you would hear that and get annoyed annyhow then turn it off.

It is a strong recomendation to turn of un-used electrical devices like your amp to conserve, save and not possibly shorten the lifespan of your amp.
