Well I finally got myself a Fender Bronco 40 today & I gotta say this is a cool little practice amp, I've just started to scratch the surface of possibilities available in the Bronco 40...I was impressed with the SWR Redhead setting..... the sound closely resembles my SWR Rig...
Fun times ahead..... :)

SWR was the one I have worked with the most. Although, I still haven't
spent as much time with it as I would like. Just recently started playing with Fender sounds. Changing the cabinets is one of my favorite tweaks. Enjoy and share. :D

Just got done putting in a few hours with the bronco. Played with the Rumble clean sound. Changed the cab to a vintage 15 and was off into bass lala land. It really warmed it up and gave it nice round attack. I played my Ibanez SR600 through it. Biased toward the bridge pup with tiny boost to the low mids. Had a drum machine mixed in and jammed away. Saved it as a preset. Big deal, I added a vintage 15'' to the basic clean rumble preset. :D

I haven't even connected my Bronco 40 to Fender Fuse yet ( I know when I do that's when the true fun will start)........I'll probably do it this evening .........All I've done so far is set the amp models in the green light section, ...my Faves so far are Rumble, Bassman 300, KGB 800, SWR Redhead & Rockin' Peg has it's moments,........more to come..........I'm also going to be playing my SWR rig tonight as I also bought a Cry Baby Bass wah yesterday..
My local music store (& Canadian music retail chain) Long & McQuade is currently doing their annual Boxing week don't pay a dime for 90 days sale ...(sale ends Dec 31rst) so how could I resist.....I also used a $25.00 Fender rebate coupon towards the Bronco 40....check out their website:
http://www.long-mcquade.com/
These guys are also good at bringing in big names to give clinics........most recently in October they Managed to bring in Marcus Miller to give a bass clinic & I'm still buzzing it was so good.... :)

I'm not sure how I missed this, congrats on a great purchase. I will get one someday, it's number one on my G.A.S. list.

I have a Mustang for my Strat, it's a great little toy. The Fuse software is great.

Glad you're having fun an will be waiting to hear how much more you like it as time progresses.

I just purchased a bronco40 last week. Great little amp, and the fender fuse software works flawlessly. I have'nt used it in the studio yet, but I'm looking forward to it. This is the first bass modeling amp I have owned. This little amp and a laptop is all you need.

Good question, I don't think there is a cover for the Bronco40,......I was actually thinking about this yesterday........I think it would be great if Fender had Amplifier covers for their amps, starting with one for the Bronco & then covers for 2x10, 2x12 1x15 4x10, & 6x10 cabinets,..........I guess you could go online & find a generic amp cover......

You're welcome, I just happened to be searching through Nextag the day before yesterday because a Bronco 40 is in my near future.
