I've been G.A.S.sing for a Bronco 40 for months, with discounts I'm seeing them for $195.15 usd. I'm hoping they don't get discontinued before I buy one. i only have three bass amps, I don't need it I just WANT it!

Hi oxfan,

I thought I would check in with you and see if you got your Fender Bronco 40?

Not yet, recent events have put new gear on hold. It's #1 on my list though.

When I casually mentioned to my wife that i wanted one, i didn't see her for a week! on the eighth day i could see her a little bit out of my left eye.

Oxfan did you ever get the Bronco 40? ...........I'm gonna be getting one in the next couple of weeks, I think it's a pretty cool Practise amp, & a cool tool to mess around with sound combinations & etc, I also like the fact that you can plug in a drum machine ..... :)

No. I want it but I already have three bass amps and can't justify the purchase. I have a Mustang amp with the Fuse software and think it's great.
Having had the opportumity to use the Fuse software, I can only imagine what it would be like in a bass amp.

Then, it has a direct out.

Everyting in an affordable package.

Yeah from what I've seen I also think the Fuse hardware is great, I've had my eye on the Bronco 40 for about 6 months ...... I've gotten some bills & priorities out of the way & I'm ready to pull the trigger in the next 3 weeks......... I think it's a great portable practice amp & it's the Fuse software thats peaked my interest. :)

I'm convinced it's a great amp, it has all the bells and whistles I'm after. I'm not a fan of in-ear monitors AT ALL, I want an amp in live settings. With the Bronco, I'll have the exact sound that will go to the board and have a monitor.

I think fender should give me one as a "Thank You" for all these posts I've made.

Just because literally hundreds of people have run out and bought this amp. :D

Thats another thing that caught my interest,..it was being able to run it through a soundboard..... :)

I also think Fender should give you a Bronco 40 for doing online sales... :) LOL

For a spell, they were $224.99 all over the place (i think the rebate program had something to do with the price, and there were a lot of 15% off deals on top of that.) then the price went back up again.

Right. yeah I've missed out a couple of times by not jumping on a deal when it stared me in the face...One instance that comes to mind was back in early 2009 when Fender was discontinuing the Aerodyne P-bass,...... I had walked into my local music store to buy strings & saw a Red Aerodyne P-Bass with Red heastock on sale for $535.00 ....I went home to think out & the next day when I returned to buy it, it was sold. :(
