Hi BSBFENDER,

You are very welcome. So, I did not realize that you are in UK. My apologies. In that case, you would want to check in with Fender UK to confirm warranty. But I believe that it is one year in your region. But if you do have problems with your amp, even if it is beyond the one year period, contact us and we will be happy to do whatever we can to assist. And please let me know if I can assist further.

One year is still a long time, i think they're built pretty well to last 5 or more anyway and i know to call on you for any assistance.

Do you know if there is anything in the pipeline for more Bronco's or do we have to wait and see? ;)

I think the Mustang V version of it and the pedal board will be EPIC!! For that, I would happily sell my Marshall

That's right, BSBFENDER, stay right on top of 'em! I've been waving the flag for a pedal-version, but must admit didn't consider a separate head/cab version like the Mustang V, or better yet, the new Bassman series. A 200-watt head paired up with a 4 x 10 cab would be very nice, indeed.

You keep on Fender from your side of the pond and I'll do the same from here and we'll see if we just can't make them see our way of thinking!

haha great minds think alike ;)

The Bassman Pro's look the 'Bees knees', an absolute beauty of a bass amp and a tone to follow, even down to the Rumble series they're all excellent amps, yet, expensive and still only following the tradition.
Where as i think the Bronco/Mustang line are breaking the boundaries in the way amps are going to be for live performers, rehearsal space and even in the studio.
yes, we all know how many amps guitarists take on tour and in the studio ;) but you will only need the one amp and another thing we can all agree on in these dark times is that we can afford them: i know in the UK alone, you cannot find an amp for £200 anywhere near this.

I'm glad im not the only one thinking this, a half stack would be AMAZING.
ideally i'd say maybe a 350w head (?) to fit all venue sizes with the options of a 4x10 and a 1x12 extension cab.
it would be all you would need, although a pedal for the bedroom players, who dont have the space and for performers for changing the setups/fx without the need to fiddle witht he amp itself.

TC Electronic & Line6 have nothing on this amp :D lets wait and see if Fender listen but ill try to keep this side of the pond occupied :)

Proud to call you my compatriot! Yeah, 200 watts won't cover all venues, but I was danxing between their Rumble 150 and 350 offerings. Maybe incorporate the current 350 with the Bronco preamp and include their new lines of cabs. I'd still like to see the floor pedal. Fight the good fight, BSB!

Woop! where are you from chappy?

I suppose you are right with the 200w tbh, i think the more watts the higher the price will be and if the Rumble has the same volume then you can probably guarantee its a rumble on the inside ;)

Much like yourself, i'm excited to see a pedal come out and hopefully equal to the Mustang 2nd generation (IF they bring one out).

I'll always be a proud owner of this amp even if it does get outdated.

BSB, I've been wanting to reply to your last post, but just haven't found a free moment to do so. I live in Eastern Iowa along the Mississippi River. I'm an old fashioned Midwesterner, raised among the cornstalks. I'm a product of rockin' seventies music, but over the years have come to appreciate all types of music.

I am currently playing in our town's municipal band, which plays during the summer to small and large crowds alike. Everything from light pop to Broadway classics, to patriotic songs. My Fender MIM Jazz bass has to mimic tubas, bassoons, and anything else that has bottom to it. Yes, it's way different from what I listen to at home, but the friendships I've made are great and I dearly love playing for an audience. You can only woodshed in the second bedroom for so long!

How about yourself?

While the Bronco 40 is secure in the product line, that doesn't mean a store has to keep them in stock. I just checked and they are available to order online via Guitar Center but neither of their Charlotte area stores have one in stock. You can also order them online for in-store pickup. Whether this is a local store manager decision or chain-wide I don't know.

On the subject of a Bronco Bass Floorboard, now is the perfect time to bring one out with Line 6 having apparently abandoned their entire line of bass amps, outboard emulation pods and pedals. They are not available new at any major online outlet or Guitar Center but still show as active products on the Line 6 website. While Line 6 has recently resurrected the Variax line of guitars there is, so far at least, no resurrection of the Variax basses. So now might be a good time for Fender to bring out a new emulation floorboard.
