There is quite a lot of good first hand info in this thread by bassmen that actually own and love the Rumble 350. If anyone has questions, these are the men to ask!

Well, I might as well give an update with this combo. I've used the DI for professional studio recording and it sounds excellent for that. It has some nice compression to it and warm thump. I still haven't used it live, yet. Unfortunately, the gigs lined up have had to be rescheduled. Soon, hopefully.

Please do keep us updated... Getting some great vintage vibe out of the 350 head and 4x10.

I love my Rumble 350. I played guitar with a band last weekend, and the bassist had a Rumble 350. It rumbled all right! In the right way.

Haiku spam? :?

Anyway, I can't wait to really put it through it's paces live.

I reported the spam posting and hope everyone else does as well. Maybe Brad will delete it.

It was oddly written, almost Haiku sounding. Either that, or something you'd read on engrish.com

I'd love to hear it read aloud by William Shatner, in full prose.

Wow, I just realised that I've had my Rumble 350 for a year now (where does the time go?) and it's still alive and kicking. Still sounds as good as I first got it and no issues (knock on wood.) So far, so good.

It's kind of sad that it seems you're lucky with electronics lasting these days. It seems like everything is just designed to be disposable.

Hey Guys,
I played a gig this weekend with the 350/150 slave...WAY TOO LOUD!!! I actually took the 350 out of the equation after the 1st set and was told that my 150 was still really loud! great tone and I was easily heard! This Rumble combo series are fantastic! I love my Rumbles!!! I do love the 150 combo on its own because that beautiful 15" speaker really sings!
ABS :D

That's good to know. I know the Rumble 350 really cranks, even though I really haven't had much of an opportunity to do so, lately. Hopefully, that will change pretty soon. That would be cool if they made the Rumble 350 with a 15" speaker, as well.

I've had mine about 4 months, and I'm still amazed at how much this amp will do in the way of tone sculpting. I play a Jazz Bass and a Rickenbacker 4001s, and the Rumble 350 brings out the best in these basses. It's a solid piece o gear.

Yeah, you can't beat the price for it, too. It's one hell of a value. Especially, when they have rebates for it. I'm playing a Fender P-Bass Lyte through it, as well as occasionally an Ibanez CT series bass. I've managed to get a really good tone with it, and recorded through it with the D.I. connection.

I've been debating (or perhaps flip-flopping) on what bass I want to get next. I've been going back and forth between a P-Bass and a Jazz bass, and I've been thinking about going fretless, again. There is also a lot of semi-hollow and hollow body basses that are out now, too. In fact, I've seen a fretless semi-hollow body bass that was actually demoed through the Rumble 350. It sounded really good. I guess the only thing I can do is actually get to a music store and sit down and try out a bunch of basses until I find the right one. Then again, one is usually never enough. I think you know how that goes. :P

Paul check out this thing. It is a little bit of both.

I love lots of things about it, but not crazy about the cosmetics & color options.

The USA version is really not that expensive either:

If you really can't up your mind, those two are sort of a compromise.

I love the Jaco Fretless. Just an awesome fretless.

Sorry, I missed this earlier. For some reason I never received an email notice to this thread, even though I originally started it and I haven't been on here in awhile. I'll check them out, thanks!
