Following the release of the Mustang multi-effects floor unit
http://www.fender.com/en-FR/products/mustang/models.php?prodNo=2301060

Hey rickbass55, thought the exact same thing myself. If that pedal board would emerge I'd have to give it serious consideration. It might be the perfect accessory to an existing gig rig. What say, Fender? Any chance of that happening within the next year or so?

I've thinking about this bass pedal idea all day. If Fender could package the Bronco 40 preamp like their doing the Mustang III version for guitars, then I think $250 or less should get us the bass version. There are fewer amp models and effects (I believe) compared to the Mustang so the price should come in a little lower.

I'd spend up to $250 if I could get the models I've been using for practice for my gigging rig. I could toss my few pedals away and not look back. What's your opinion, rickbass55 or anyone else reading this? Maybe one of the moderators could throw us a bone. Then head over to the Squier bass' forum where you can read my request for another lefty bass!

I have received my xlr out to 1/4 mic cable and I try to plug this to another bass amp. Plug xlr to the input is too noisy (impedance not the same ?). Will try with the aux in or the return of the effect loop.

Keep at it! If it doesn't end up working like you want tgen you'll have to hope they produce a Bronco Floor. I'm guessing by the end of the year in time for Christmas.

Connecting the XLR out of the Bronco into the aux input of another amp should work just fine.

If the FX where of a good standard or equal to any of mine, id be oin the same boat as you.

i don't need a lot of Fx, like most bassists but when we use them, we do want some good quality to them :)

Hi BSBFENDER,

If you have any specific details or comments on which effects you like or which ones you would like to see changed etc., I will be happy to pass your feedback on to the right folks here. Thanks.
