There is an XLR output. I believe this is a line level output meant to be fed into a board... so... Yes.

Hi anirudhduggal,

Thanks for your inquiry. And thanks Jis4Joe for helping out as well. The Fender Bronco 40 has an XLR line out on the back side, which is a line level output. Please let us know if we can assist further.

Best Regards,

In the past I recall running my BXR300C out of a imput 2 in another amp. Is there a way to utalize the Bronco 40 modeling features through another larger amp? When you need to feel it?

The Bronco 40 does have an XLR output for just that purpose.

Hmmm......I like what I'm reading regarding the Bronco 40, I'm currently using an SWR Headlite & Amplite with a SWR Goliath Jr. 2x10 & a Workingpro 4x10 but I think I'm gonna get me one these Bronco 40's to use as & practice amp... I thinks it's also great for recording & experimenting with effect combinations......

I've been G.A.S.sing for one of these for a long time. I just can't justify buying one as I value my life. I'm just glad none of the stores I frequent stock them or I'd probably have one.

Thanks Fender TSL !! I'm sure you'll be hearing from me,........... 3 yrs ago I was about to buy a B-Dec to use as a practise amp & was disappointed when it was discontinued.
Now there's the Bronco 40.........I love the concept behind this amp, I also think that the addition of Fuse hardware is also cool!!.........I'll most probably be getting one for these in the next month........(an early Christmas present to me ).... :D

Guys - similar question, thought subtly different? Can this amp be plugged into a speaker cabinet using the appropriate conversion cable?

Thanks

Both outputs, headphones and xlr line out need power for any cab you hook the bronco up to. The headphone out is a hotter output because it responds to increases in the master volume.

Hi AndyF69,

I will be happy to assist. To answer your question, in short the answer would be, no. There is no “speaker out” to connect to a larger cabinet. As was already mentioned in the thread though, the XLR output, or Headphone Output, could be connected to the input of a power amp to drive a bigger speaker system (or to the input of a larger combo amp). Please let us know if we can assist further. Thanks.
