Hey,

I need to get a fuse holder cap for the horn in my Bassman 250/210. It was a floor model and got it home and found the fuse and the cap to the holder, which are on the back of the amp box, were missing.

I have been having been trying to find the part number for either the entire fuse box or even just the cap of the fuse holder.

Anyone know the best way to find these numbers? The local shop has been having trouble. I will probably call corporate headquarters monday and see if they can tell me. But any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
H2

It is better to contact an official Fender technician to get the original fuse cap. However it seems a quite usual part, may be, visite a electronic chop. 8)

Yeah, I've been dealing with Samash in San Antonio, Texas. I thought I had explained it to them pretty well what I needed. Looking at the Fender parts list I see a fuse holder, complete with cap, and a cap only, both with the fender part numbers. It is a 3GA fuse holder. I'll probably call corprate headquarters and find out exactly what I need. I can't imagine why Samash, who sold me the amp can't do this.

But your idea of going to an electronics warehouse may be the ticket. I can load up the amp, I've got the fuse and see what they have that would match the holder on the back of the amp.

Thanks for the reply.
