I have a Fender Rumble 350 I just bought a used Fender Bassman 115 when I run my cable from the "SEND" of the 350 to the input of the 115 all i get is major feedback if they are stacked, if they are apart I get nothing. Please someone can you help

Do you mean you are trying to drive an external 1x15 cab with your Rumble combo or are you trying to slave a second combo?

If it is a second combo I believe the effects loop is not grounded on the Rumble....try the line out.

If its a cab
The Rumble 350 is not designed to drive a second cab, so no speaker out jack.
