Please forgive such a simple question.

When Im not gigging I have the amp in the studio with the XLR output connected to the board. The manual suggests that the speakers may be disconnected safely.

Im not used to solid state amps. Can I safely simply disconnect all speakers and leave them open? If so, does it matter what level the master volume is set at (eg..is it better turned down with no speakers attached)?

Thank you!

Yes, it is safe for a solid state amp. With no speakers connected, no current is
drawn from the power amplifier.
It wouldn't hurt to turn down the master volume, however.
