Anyone get to try one of these new amps yet? I've been looking here and there for one to try but nobody seems to have them in-store yet.

There are a couple of threads on this topic in this section of the forum.

I read the thread previously posted. It immediatly devolved into discussions of other amps and what everyone would rather have or thinks is better. (only one poster actually tried one out.) I'm simply starting a clean slate here. If anyone has actually played one I welcome your opinion and would like to know where you found one to try out.
Thanks.

I own one. It's AWESOME!! I have the 350 Watt TV Bassman 15. It's a real bass amp. It's got power. It's full & warm. It has a tube pre-amp which makes it sound like a vintage Tube bassman. I used to own a 70's Bassman 135 with a 2/15 cabinet. This is comparable in tone, yet portable.

It's the perfect club amp for anyone into Blues, Rockabilly, Garage, or any other retro music. It has the cool vintage tone & look. It KILLS the recent Ampeg B-15 Reissues.

Still lovin' it Speedie?

I'm new to bass. Have 11 guitars, 5 amps, Gretsch Renown Maple 5 piece and just bought an American Deluxe P-bass. Have a Roland Cube Bass 30 that leaves a lot to be desired. Need to get into town and try out this amp, it's twin 10 brother and that Markbass 2x10 (I'm a hunerd miles in the sticks). I can imagine, but can you describe for me the expected difference between one 15" and two 10" drivers?

The 10's are tight & punchy while the 15's are big and full. You feel 15's more.
