Yeah, pretty much. You ever go back in the back pages and find your old posts, especially from old accounts? Sometimes, I've found some of these things and think what the hell I was talking about? :P Maybe it was 3 AM, and I was drunk, or half asleep. Makes sense that way. :P

Those posts must be like ghosts from the past. Mine goes back a ways too. Some Goofy stuff I must have been laying down also.

I have to say, it was really crazy as I had the drugs still in the system from the surgery. I really had to watch what I was posting.

I imagine so. Calling Dr. Robert. :P You know, eventually I'm probably going to have gall bladder surgery, when that thing gets too bad to keep in me anymore (so far, since I've been on a diet, it hasn't been giving me a lot of issues, but it's probably only a matter of time, since I don't think these things heal themselves,) they're going to give me opiates for the pain, but I'm not going to take them, or at least try as hard as hell not to. I might like them too much, if you know what I mean, and I don't want to have to kick that crap, or get caught up in it. Some of that stuff can be really dangerous, too. One of my sisters died from a Fentanyl overdose, which that stuff is 50 to 100 times stronger than morphine, from what I understand.

Good luck on the impending gall bladder issue. I was given a few different types of pain relievers, Motrin worked the best for me when I could take it.

Just the stuff you get over the counter? I usually take Bayer aspirin, or the generic of it, if I need anything. The one great thing about losing all the weight I have, and exercising daily, is I don't have to eat them like candy because my back would lock up, or whatever.

Everything I was given was higher doses than the over the counter. I was probably in the most prolonged pain I was ever in. I had some Day, and a half injury pains in the past. But I was a lot younger then.

That's the thing, when you get some age on you, it seems like you feel it more. That's why I started seriously taking care of my self, and get my weight down, and get in shape. I'm 45, not 25, so I figured I'd better do something if I want to make it to 50, which I do.

It's true about age changing the perception of pain. But then again, everyone has a different pain level they can deal with.

That's true.

Speaking of the original topic of this thread, I'm going to be firing up the Rumble 350 combo pretty soon on a regular basis, since I have to buckle down and start rehearsing for gigs, whenever they are going to be taking place. I have to familiarize myself with the songs we did, and learn some new ones. I'll be learning the stuff in my office with the Rumble, then I'll be using the Orange head when we go to Boston to rehearse with the new guitar player. It's time for me to get busy again, which isn't a bad thing.
