We are two beginners with guitar and bass. Drums and other instruments are via digital accompaniment. Who knows someday a real drum also... Foreseable future is just playing at home for fun (aspirations for a garage band...).

For electric guitar amp have the Mustang 11 40 watt 12" speaker.

My question is the Bronco 40 (40 watt) with 10" speaker a closest like match? And if any other suggestions please do tell. Thank you.

That is an excellent question, Quave, and welcome to the Fender Forums.
The Bronco 40 has a lot going for it. It's been around a while (since 2008 I think) and has earned a good reputation for reliability. It offers you a ton of professional features for an entry level price. Will save you a lot of $$$ in effects alone, and is excellent to record with. Fender Fuse software offers even more tonal flexibility. So the Bronco 40 has a very high 'fun factor' and makes a great choice for a personal practice amp.

Live performance is the Bronco 40's major area of insufficiency. For bass you need twice as many watts as an electric guitar. So while your friend's 40 watt Mustang will keep up with a live drummer in a jam or bar gig, your Bronco 40 won't be loud enough and will require PA support to be heard at all.
A good alternative is a Rumble 100 1x12 combo for $300 vs $250 for the Bronco 40. Even better is the Rumble 200 1x15 combo for live work.

Much appreciated Linnin. That is exact kind of info I was seeking. Yes, then it'll have to be the Rumble 200 for the best pairing (and for in the case we ever develope where we can have a real drum included).

I'd definitely go for the Rumble 200, or even better the 500, for Fender amps, especially for live situations with an acoustic drum set. Another good choice for the Fender range, but you'd have to find an used one is a Rumble 350 combo, which came out before those did. I still have one of those that I bought new in 2012 and it has plenty of juice for gigs and pretty portable, too.
