hey guys, hows it going

does anybody have a manual for this cab. / Fender BXR Spectrum 1x18 2x10 Bass Cabinet

i recently got this bass cab. and im using it with a Fender bxr 300c amp and in the back of the cab. has 3 jacks for low , hi , and full range, but on the full range where yo can use the 18 speaker and the 2x10 at the same time, im only getting the 18. The hi and low range options look to be working fine . i can get the 18 playing , then the other 10' s playing if i want, but not all 3 . any recommendations? is the jack for the full range not working right ? what hapends if i use my 2 speaker outputs from my amp and connect a cable to the hi and another cable to the low output ?

thanks

It is not a bass cabinet, it is complete amp !

Owner manuel is easy to find with Google

Ummmm, he has a BXR combo, and recently bought the BXR Spectrum cab to go with it.

From the description of the cab's input jacks, it was designed to give you the option of bi-amping. Preamp to electronic crossover to two power amps (one handling the lowest frequencies, with the other one handling higher frequencies).

Or used with a bi-ampable head, like Fender's BXR400, Ampeg's SVT4 Pro, several others that have two independent power amps (that can be bridged for mono full-range).

Switching jacks can be wired a bunch of different ways. It's possible you need to have a plug in the hi range jack for it to split properly, or plugs in both hi & lo range for it to split properly.

I'm surprised Fender didn't print some sort of basic instructions on the jack plate.

Google hound some comments about the switching jacks being prone to failure.
