Eye candy. Well over 1m USD for each. 0 to 100 in 2 seconds is another common performance feature.

More eye candy. As with the cars in the previous post, it helps if you are a driver. With the guitars in this post, it really helps if you are a player.

It's been a very long time since I've been affected by Guitar GAS.
I went into a music store this afternoon, surprised to learn they were open on Sunday, and almost came out with this. I say almost because after I looked at the price-tag I backed away. The exchange rate is a pretty big deterrent these days. What a beautiful piece of eye candy. This pic doesn't do it justice. It's much sexier in person. This coming from a guy who almost never buys opaque colours. Thank you Fender for offering something more than the usual 5 or 6 options. Were I feeling just a bit more flush you might have sold me one of these today.

Now the question would be .... which scratch plate would I use to replace the stocker?
I know it might seem odd but I like the combination of blues and yellows or golds.

I'm thinking the top one.
It seems to complement the pups best.

I think so as well.
I'm pretty crude when using photo-editing software but I'm gonna try inserting that first one into the pic for a look-see.

I really like this Ocean Blue Metallic colour. I think it's just taken the number 2 spot on my list of fav opaques. CAR, naturally, takes the 1-spot.

Like I said, it's a bit crude.
I used a pattern replacement in place of a colour but I could only sample part of the pattern which is why there are obvious repeats.
I really should find some time and learn this better.
At least it gives some sort of idea.
I like it.
I would do it if I were not already in possession of 3 Strats.
I suppose I could cull the Korean Koa Top Strat from my herd.
I dunno. I've spent an awful lot of time, effort and money getting it to where it is.

For you old guys with deep pockets, better hurry only 500 are being made.
For you young guys climbing the ladder, this is a pretty high rung but not to worry there will be rewards in your future. If not this car, perhaps next years model, lol.

$3,500,000 Canadian.
Hmmm.
I wonder if they have 0% financing?

Matt, I love it. The tires are over $40,000 per set and the wheels over $70,000 per set. They must be replaced together about every 10K miles. Dream car? Definitely. If you own one, should you pay attention? That would be a very good idea. :D

Here's the car I'm lusting for:
The Noble M-400
Image

425hp. Roush-engineered (with Roush-mapped ECU) twin-turbo Ford Vetec V-6 and 6-speed Getrag transmission on a 2200 lb. chassis !

Hand-built, Super Fast, unbelievable handling.

A Race car w/ a License Plate that can be serviced at any Ford dealer !!

I'll probably sell my Porsche 911 to buy one when the time is right.

Image

Much as I'll miss the Porsche, the Noble is so much more visceral that I doubt I'll miss it much !

Cheers!
