I'm looking for a new pickguard for my black jazz bass. What looks best with that color?

Maybe something like one of these?

Those colours are available at Warmoth.

I prefer white pearloid . . . but a lot of people don't like it. Go figure.

+1

A nice not-too-dark tortoise-shell PG would also work well with black.

I'm a fan of the tortoise shell pick guard, too.

I had a black pearl guard on my black Squier Musicmaster bass for a long time, that looked pretty sweet.

Got it from http://home.comcast.net/~pickguards/

They sent me samples too before I ordered which was cool.
