I like the combination of the White Strat with the Maple Board. Olympic White?

A custom shop Phase 90, with the old circuitry but added external power input and LED.
Phase 90s are kind of one-trick-ponies, but there are songs they're needed for, and the new circuit ones just don't sound as good to me.

I had an original, great for leslie effect esp with keyboard.

I think that's the best looks on a Strat. Congrats on it.

Sennheiser e935 dynamic cardioid mic.

This is a powerful, affordable, professional vocal mic that will work well in the studio or on stage. It has a frequency response of 40 to 18000 Hz — ideal for cutting out those hissy treble frequencies that tend to come through on vocal tracks. It has a durable metal construction, ensuring that it will perform well on the road and last for many years.

Awesome!!! I have the slightly lessor e835 which I think is rock solid!

But for my new gear purchase, I got new Audio Technica AT 2035:

...not that it's fixing my vocals any... but sometimes you want a condenser mic!

Best!

Nice, Mark. My experience with Audio Technica is that whether it's cartridges, headphones, microphones, or other, they consistently make pretty good stuff with bang for the buck.

I'm aware of Mike's e935 reputation. Also a good choice for the purpose. I haven't tried that Audio Technica AT 2035, but my guess is that it is also sweet sounding. Looks good too. Enjoy.

I can lose track of time myself, when I'm liking the sounds I'm into that day.

When I'm in the groove I sometimes lose track of time when I want to play and/or record a 3 - 4 minute song.

Bought a hand wired 5f2 Princeton clone from a local builder off of Craigslist about a year ago. I love the tone but not being an electronics nut, I am not sure if it truly a a 5f2. When I have time I'll post some pics of the chassis so you gurus can let me know what I've got.

In the past couple of months I've bought a Cardinal Red Dillion Phoenix-which is an excellent copy of a reverse body '63/'64 Gibson Firebird VII-like the one Phil Manzanera of Roxy Music has played for many years-except it doesn't have the Maestro vibrato. This guitar really wails when I put her through my old JCM 800,2204 stack and turn her up on "Earbleed" but then again through my old '69 Bassman she can sing the sweetest of bluesy tones and through my AC-15 she rings out the notes as clear as a crystal wine glass.

No sooner did I have the Dillion home and a new set of strings installed when I found a beautiful Black Sable Burns,London Cobra with brilliant white plastic pickguards. This is one of the early 2000's Burns guitars, she is more Strat-like than like a Bison etc. but she has the trademark Burns Batwing headstock and the fabulous reissue Tri-sonic pickups-that are said to be very faithful copies of the originals. She has a very Strat-like vibrato system and you can crank it manhandle and abuse it doing extreme Jimi whammy bar wrenching and it refuses to go out of tune. The Tri-Sonic pickups are just something else, they have more chime than Fender single coils and sound more like a heavily modified P-90-which is the best that I can explain it.

I am currently waiting for a Mooer Mod Factory Modulation Pedal that I ordered last week, with 11 different modulating functions such as chorus, vibrato, flanger, phaser,Univibe,Rotary (Leslie type) plus 5 other functions.I already have 2 of their mini pedals and they are better than a lot of the pedals that I paid as much as 3 times the price for.My GAS seems to be getting worse-I'm meeting a guy on Monday to buy a Hagstrom acoustic he has-I already have 2 '60s Hagstroms and a recent Super Swede Select SL-2-their top shelf Swede, with an astonishingly symmetrical bookmatched quilted maple cap. I also have a severe case of A.S.S. (Amp Stockpiling Syndrome) and I'm starting to run out of room for my obsession-much to my wife's chagrin. It's ironic that the second syllable in chagrin is "grin" because she certainly isn't grinning much these days.

As for the GAS: I know a happy wife is a happy life, but Mooer is always better than less.
