I just bought a Mexican made G5 Strat on eBay, one piece maple neck black body. As new condition, fair price. I absolutely love it! In addition to that exciting Roland Virtual Guitar part it is a really well-made guitar in itself. Too bad they were discontinued.

Nice! Yeah, all too often it's kinda crazy how a lot of good gear goes by the wayside based on sales or marketing with different strokes for different folks. As the song says, "You don't know what you got . . .". 8)
