Yesterday was the day marking the 45th year of the passing of The Master, James Marshall Hendrix. RIP JMH.

Oh I remember that day very well, and it was very sad, and then October 1, he was interred at Greenwood Cemetery in Renton, Washington, a group of us skipped school that Thursday and tried to be there, but they would not let us in to the cemetery, we just stood outside the gate until it was over. His site became our meeting place on the weekends as we tried to figure out what we would do for the night, at that time I lived in Redmond, WA
You are still missed

My appreciation of Music entered a new dimension in the Fall of 1967 when I heard Are You Experienced for the first time !
