1. The "sign in" link at the top of the site apparently has nothing to do with the forums. If they are separate log-in processes, don't display the wrong one on the Forum pages...

2. On my Android phone, trying to tap a link to enter a forum results in the main forum page loading again (and again, and again). Or, seemingly randomly taking me to the "Product Registration" page, or some sort of Featured Product page. The forums are unusable to me on my phone.

3. Load times are ridiculous. Probably all the damn jQuery everyone is convinced they need on every page.

Someone there needs to attend some web usability seminars. And do some actual device testing. The old, non-mobile, non-responsive site was much easier and faster to use, even though it wasn't responsive...

It seems okay with my old trusty iPhone 4S.

I'm right with you there, mw13068.
This whole website IMO is poorly designed. I logged in, browsed the forums for a bit, selected reply and was thrown back to a login page. Links seem randomly placed, the whole Fender website is now cumbersome to the point of being aggravating. It's the same from my iphone 4S and my PC. Whoever sold them on the redesign did a very good job of selling. I've emailed Customer Service with questions and haven't received any response, nor any kind of indication that my messages were even sent/received when I selected 'submit' or 'send'. This is the way I would do it if I didn't want to be bothered by the public.
