Is there a plan to release a new version? It would be nice to hear from some Fender people on this. I'm very happy with my Mustang Floor but I'd buy a new version immediately if one came out.

Fender never answer questions about new products. Until and unless there's an official release, you won't know.

We can only hope a new version or similar comes out. If not, you may have a collectable

I've heard most complain about it being not effective when using
in the FX loop of amps. (unlike the Boss GT-100)

This has to be related to inexperienced users, or the placement of the effects loop in the signal chain of the amp (which would be an issue with the amp, not the pedal). The Mustang Floor can absolutely work effectively in an amps effects loop. That's part of what it's designed to do.

Maybe some inexperienced users, but this guy claims not:

I just patched a big hole in the floor of my 69 Mustang... I hear you can still get aftermarket floor pans ;)

Welcome back, Frankie! Is that the same pony that I rode in?

Hi Mike. Yes that's the one. I switched from Verizon to Comcast, so I'm a "newbie" here again. I don't want to hijack Sinister Bob's thread though. I just thought I'd throw in some humor, seeing I'd never even heard of a Mustang Floor besides the one in the photo. :) I'll see you around. Sinister Bob? My apologies for the intrusion. Peace, dude!

Why would your ISP have anything to do with your forum account?

Well, when I went to log in it asked me for an e-mail address and a password... the address I was registered under is no longer active... and I thought, maybe cuz I haven't been here for such a long time and the address wasn't active, they threw my junk out the back door and vacuumed the carpet.
