I'm sure Bono is just as happy with you buying Apple stock as Fender instruments. :p

If I were Bono, I'd be diversifying too. Social consciousness notwithstanding, he's definitely no Pete Seeger. That was my generation.

Did you have one as a child or were you obliged to brown bag it, feeling unworthy. :?:

I reckon I'll use it to build a ZT Lunchbox clone. :D

That's pretty cool!

Back in the day I had a Steve Canyon lunchbox w/matching thermos.

Don't think I'd find much use for it now though......

Not sure about that one, Doc.

My brother had the "12 O'clock High" edition (also with a matching thermos).

Those were the days......

I had the exact same one !!!

But, I had Lunch served at school, so I never used it ! It still had the stickers on it, maybe worth a bit now...

Unfortunately, I gave it to my nephew who promptly sprayed it Flat Black and added several Nirvana stickers to it... :(

Kids....

cheers!

This would go good with the amp lunchbox:

The suckies in the thermos and the munchies were one thing; however, I still remember how unique those tin boxes made the sammies taste. Especially, on a hot day.

It was a treat to crack open the top of the box to see what Mom had prepared for us. But, hey . . . we was tough and stylish . . . heroes on the smelly lunchbox ruled. At least we didn't brown bag freshness like our friends.

Good to know that we can reproduce that lost youth. 8)

I knew someone whose business enterprise was involved in that industry. All kinds of metal container type thingies. Holiday seasons were big business.

Perhaps FMIC should close down their amp division to concentrate more effort into developing these oh-so-useful "lifestyle" accessories......?

Lunchboxes will seldom if ever require warranty service and the profit margin is likely 2000% greater than say, a blackface Twin Reverb re-issue.
