Yeah, those things are usually required for the Pink Floyd experience. :P Remember they use to have those laser light shows with "Dark Side Of The Moon," back in the 80's, I think it was? It was them and Led Zeppelin, but I never been to any, but heard about them advertised on the radio. I think they were at planetariums, from what I remember. It could have been just in the Tampa Bay area that had that and I'm not sure about anywhere else.

Speaking of Pink Floyd, I was looking at the Roger Waters P-Bass last night and thought it looked pretty cool. GAS? :P

That Paul, is one tough azz Bass. The SD pup on it, is a perfect set for it.

I've been to laser shows to the music of Pink Foyd in both Vancouver and Edmonton.

Yes, planetariums.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

I'm back with the Am. Std. Jazz. It plays good, looks good, and has a decent Rosewood Fretboard on it that may be gone in the future. My Mustang PJ has a decent Rosewood Fretboard on it also.

I've heard of those shows, but never made it to one.

I'm doing good with the Am. Std. through the Markbass amp. I think I did ok on reacquiring it. I may not have played it enough through the Markbass amp, to really hear it's playing potential.

Sometimes, you have to go back to something with a fresh perspective and try it again. You often can find different results, I think.

I believe you're right Paul. In a way I think I may have done that with replacing the USA GL Jazz, and the Mustang PJ. I had a session with the Mustang PJ, and it was a breeze playing it.

Well, it looks like I'm going back to playing my hollow-body violin bass, now that I fixed the issue with the fret buzz.

That's good news.

Yeah, one down and four to go, although the Peavey does work with the electronics, it's just that A string buzz that needs to be dealt with. I'm hoping it's not a broken truss rod or something serious like that. That would be an expensive fix and not worth doing, probably cost more than the bass itself.

I finally got down to one bass again, like I did for so many years ago. I'm back to a 4003W. One bass just works out better for me.

You have to plug it into a Marshall and play some Motorhead.

Two or three stacks would be fine. Image

Speaking of two or three stacks, do they still have the stereo jacks on them?

On the 4003, not on the 4003S. It has a dotted fretboard, mono output, and rounded edges on the body. A couple of hundred bucks less too!
