Well, an empty case is a sad thing. You should remedy that. :P

I like the way you think. 8)I'm very fond of my Player Strat so maybe another one with a humbucker is in order. The hunt is on. See how easy it is to talk me into another guitar? I have no will power. :)

My problem is there are three guitar models that always call out my name when I walk past the hanging collection in my local store, i haven’t answered them yet as they wave price tags in my face, and it’s getting my on my nerves. Then I saunter over to the drums, and I chill out a little (note I said a little); but, I have to pass the amps there and back. Crap! They know me too. Good thing I’m on medication.

I thought things would be better when you went electric? I still have GAS.

Oh, seriously?
You thought the move to electric would reduce GAS?

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

 What a sales gimmick. Everybody said, “Go electric. It’s trending”. Now I have a bigger GAS problem. It costs more too. Shocking! :P

Since the Player Buttercream Jazz is my one bass, it's what I play. Yesterday I played it for about two hours, and I know it's the right Jazz for me. With one bass, there isn't any, gee, which one should I play decisions.

It certainly alleviates you the burden of choice. Funny thing is I have 6 basses, but I typically have been sticking to the Ibanez Talman bass.

Leo chose that shape to emulate a beautiful woman. You may look and admire others, but most will eventually decide on just one or, at the very least, one at a time. :P

That's a nice short scale. They sound nice as well.

I can't argue with that.

I decided to go back to my Douglas violin bass today. It's been awhile since I've played it, and since I'm going to watch a Beatles movie, it sort of goes with the scheme of things.
