I'd like to try black ice cream.

Black ice cream has a history here in Canada. It’s not sesame. Yuck! It’s licorice. It was my uncle’s favourite. It’s not everywhere, but it has been common for many years, mostly at ice cream stores. and it’s more common when it ripples orange ice cream calling it Tiger Tiger. Pretty good too, if ya like it.

Play it loud and proud. I’m listening.

But, don’t forget to take a Jello break. :D

I played it today, and it sounds fantastic through the Hartke. I'll do the jello later.
I wonder if they could make black Jello. BlackBerry would be good slathered in whipping cream. That would match your gear pretty well. Of course if it were me, it wouldn’t last long enough to see it. Hahaha. :P

I really don't know if they make Black Berry Jello.

Probably not with sugar free, but I've had black cherry sugar free Jello. I generally eat sugar free products, not because I have to, but they're less to no calories, which is a good thing if you're trying to lose weight, or whatever.
Maybe not sugar free, but I just looked it up and they do make Blackberry, but it’s kinda purple. An alternative is this:

All you need now is a black moto bowl on a maple table and then you can dig in with a chrome spoon. :D

Now why would I need that? Image

That sounds interesting. licorice is a funny thing with me. It's something I didn't care for too much as a kid, because it was a strong flavor, but I like it now. I've never seen ice cream flavored with it, though.

My main bass is a Fender Steve Bailey Jazz which I've been led to believe is the last one made. It just feels like home.

For me on guitar it would be my 50s RW Tele. It just plays it’s self!
On bass my 70s P bass. It feels like an extension of me.

I keep going back to my ‘94 Duo Sonic and Martin LX-1. Just can’t seem to put these two down for some reason...

Welcome to the Forum(s) Rbh32. That Fender Duo Sonic of yours has a pretty stellar history. Jimi Hendrix, Joe Walsh, and a whole lot more. Martin has a history well known. Nice.

Have a great time here.

I'm glad I only have two basses to go back , and forth on. A lot less decision making, as to which one to play. Image

I've generally been going back and forth between the two short scale basses I have, which are the Ibanez and violin bass, but then I've also been picking up the Squier Jazz or the Peavey Zodiac bass when I go upstairs and call it a day. I haven't plugged those into an amp in ages, but just play on them for a few minutes here and there. My Squier Telecaster Custom as been collecting dust, though. I haven't played on a 6-string since February, I think. I suppose I will if I need to, though.

Okay, you guys. I’ll toss you this question. Do you have a favourite player and, perhaps, maybe a different one that gives you the tone you prefer? Also, do you have or prefer more flexible tone with any of them as far as switching goes, and does it make a difference in your choice?
