Another legend gone......

http://www.dothaneagle.com/news/local/s ... 23552.html

Buddy leaves quite a résumé, having been associated with the likes of Roy Orbison, co-founding the Atlanta Rhythm Section, and composing one of the most oft-recorded songs in history ("Spooky").

So long, bro......

Thanks, for the tunes and the memories, Buddy.

Buddy is the bearded story teller

Thanks, Arjay for the heads up on this.

R.I.P. Buddy
The Classics IV and Atlanta Rhythm Section were among my favorites, especially Buddy's Spooky, Stormy, and Traces. They'll live on forever!

One of my favorite Buie tunes, co-authored by members of Atlanta Rhythm Section and recorded early on in their career......

This exemplar was some of ARS's rawest, purest guitar-driven material.
