ohh there are others but dick dale is like the jimi hendrix of surf just untouchable really

jimi hendrix untouchable? i always thought eddie van halen
pretty much put hendrix under the table. i'm a hendrix fan

EVH has the tangable skillz u and pratice for

hendrix has the intagables the feel the soul the things that ur born with speed and techqniue and tapping and tricks and things can come from practice hendrix had SOUL POWER

Yes and Asia were great bands and dont get talked about much now days even his solo album the Beginings was good.

I too was going to throw out Steve Howe.

I got a chance to see Yes during a "Reunion Tour" in 1977 at the Oakland Coliseum that featured the original line-up, Howe, Squire, Andersen, Wakeman, White, what a great show. I also caught a Yes sound check at the Experience Music Project in Seattle on vacation with the family a few years back. Only got to hang around for about one song before being shoo'd out by security. Steve Howe is a top flight guitarist and performer.
