I was very shocked, when I heard of his death.
Another great actor gone and another great guy from the James Bond family, too. "The man with the golden gun" is one of my favorite movies, forever! And the part as Dracula!!! No one else could have played it better!
R.I.P Man with the golden gun

Sorry to hear about Christopher. He was a regular when I and my wife used to hang at the local Drive-In-Theatres (yeah, that was before videos and the Internet)

Thanks, for the times my wife (then girlfriend) would snuggle up when scared.

Good evening, and peace be with you, Mr. Lee.

I first remember watching those Hammer films on Saturday afternoon with a show called "Creature Feature" on channel 44 in St. Petersburg, FL when I was a kid. That was when there still was independent stations around. He was definitely a staple with those films they showed. Him and of course Peter Cushing, Ingrid Pitt, and others.

I loved watching him in those great Hammer films when I was a kid. We have a local theater here called the Stadium, which would show them on Saturday afternoons as part of a matinee which would also include some cartoons before the feature. This was in the late 1960's -early 70's and the admission was only a buck. To me, he was Dracula , having played the role more than any other actor , even Bela Lugosi who actually only portrayed the count twice in his career.
