zenbone, cool acoustic guitar. Looks to be full sized by the info on the website. Have fun playing it !

My suggestion, and I'm sure many will dito, is to pick it up and play it before buying. I hope it meets your expectations.

Cheers

i like to play before i buy when possible but sadly more and more it seems that my shopping purchases are online. stores can't compete with price and selection of online mega-sellers. I just trusted Fender quality on this one and bought the guitar via online purchase. Really haven't been burned by online buying in the guitar world yet. thanks everyone... will report back next friday when i get my hands on my newest fender

Yeah ,they're real guitars. Standard Fender quality. I think yours is about the fourth design by VR. I got the first one (unlucky13) as a collectable, but it's a pretty decent guitar.

Maybe it's just me, but I've never associated Fender with 'quality acoustics'.

Their Electrics, Basses and Amps are terrific, legendary.

You can't be good at everything.

cheers!

You can't be good at everything...

I own two cheap made-in-Korea Fender acoustic guitars, both produced ca. 1986...and both have excellent tonality, playability and durability.

Are there better acoustics out there? Certainly, but I have found none better in their price point, and these play well beyond their "class," even out-performing guitars that are of much "better" vintage and manufacture.

Both can be seen in the forefront of this "herd" portrait:

Give a Fender acoustic a chance--you might be pleasantly surprised.
