[quote="Tiger J"]My understanding is only difference in the tweed model is the tweed itself and the speaker... is that

I believe that you are right. When I bought mine I had one of each model set up side by side. With the controls set the same I played through both and I really liked the sound of the tweed model better.

YMMV,

Jay

I´m looking for an Blues Junior in Tweed, too. But original from 1995. The tweed sounds better to me, too. I really like it

On my BJr., the one-button footswitch controls the fat boost - not reverb.

Yes, all BJr are the same in that respect, no on-off switching for the reverb. As for the reverb problem, the OP was referring to a Super Champ, and the reverb in that amp is activated via foot switch.

I looked at back of the super champ doesn't have a input jack that says foot switch it has three open inputs. they say pedal plain and pedal red and line/recording. The reverb tank has two cables from it going into penal reverb out and in .

The "Pedal Plain" is for the reverb. Remember that it is a TRS jack, requiring a TRS cable/switch.

The "Pedal Red" is for the lead/master switching.

Thanks for the information . If I by a fender foot switch that's where I should plug it in to get reverb to work if everything else is good. :D
