I can hear the waves lapping the shore, the gulls, and I can see the sailboats tacking in the light wind.

I'm a fan of less is more when the composition holds its own; but, I'm also for mixing classic presentation with innovation when it works. Yours did. IMHO.

Nice, Mike.

I read up on the Fishman TriplePlay. Pretty interesting stuff. Thanks, for the info.

Beautiful sound and playing, Alex.

I checked out your playlist (nice videos by the way), and plenty more to like. The kids on the rink would fit in here just about anywhere in Canada. It looks like they had a great time on that trip. Your background music was very enjoyable.

I had a broadcast camera above and behind Tretiak's net during the great 1972 Canada Soviet Summit series, and I was fortunate to have met many team mates from both sides. Breath taking hockey from both sides. It certainly was a change for hockey that made it what we have today. As it was we rehearsed the game when both teams practiced. I could have used some of your tunes for inspiration. :D
Cheers!

Factoid: Soviet players grabbed a freely provided Coke when they skated back to the bench. I'm guessing In '72 that beverage was not yet common in Russia? The players went through gallons of it with glee.

That was terrific Mike. It was really put together well and I liked it very much. Nice job!

I agree - the Fishman unit seems pretty cool:

501 Blues. For a moment I thought I could hear some mojo coming from the barrelhouse where the dirty dancin' slow drag was strolling on.

Nice. Mike. :D

Thanks FSB - the 501st song posted on my site there! I've been part of a lot of other's collabs
but passing 500 songs on my pages is a milestone (for me). It only took me about twelve years.
