this site has a section for strats. a section for telecasters. jags are under all others? were there not some jaguars built as good if not better? I really don't know that's why I ask.

Sales volume. Compared to Stratocasters and Telecasters, there will be far fewer owners of other Fender guitars, including Jazzmasters and Jaguars.

has there ever been a guitar master that played a jazzmaster? mustang? jaguar? don't say brian Wilson or curt cobain they played rythym.

During the '60s, Fender tried to position the Jazzmaster as the top of the line. Obviously, it didn't work.
