this is mine, the board is the same, but the pedal line up has changed a fair amount. It is a turntable case. It is like 52" long. Lots of room, i run lie 18 pedals on it now. works great, and only cost a whoppin 25 bucks

this is a sign of a pro

My pedalboard is relatively poor in pedals.
-Rocktron Tri-Wah
-Maxon OD808
-The channel and effects switch of my SCXD
-korg Tuner
....
But I think I must get some extra points for building it cause it's completely home-made.

The main board is a kitchen's cutting board (!!!) and a doormat from IKEA

I cut the doormat to fit the board and glued it on
I put two aluminum rails that give an extra hold on the doormat, determine the boundaries of the board and help to stick the wah on the board
I put 3 metal rings (or whatever they're called) underneath to give the necessary inclination to the board.
I didn't want to have batteries on each and every effect and to have to be pulling plugs when not playing so that the batteries won't drain and because I didn't want to give a lot of money buying new AC/DC transformers (cause my 5-6 spares are too noisy) I thought to supply all the effects with a single 9V battery.
I fixed it with a little lamina (or whatever they're called...again) so that it can be easily changed when drained and I put a blue led in parallel, adding a resistor in series with the led so that the led won't burn up and an on/off red switch

Besides the wah pedal which, as mentioned above is steadily fixed between the two aluminum rails, I glued wide velcro stickers underneath the other 3 components so that the would be steadily fixed on the doormat of the pedalboard

I drew holes for the power supply cables so that they come from down-under (not Australia, you know what I mean heheheh) and all be more tidy.
I fixed the pedals on the board and put them in the best way possible.
So, here is the result, with all the leds on

In the end I put two metal rings on the amplifiers table and two metal hooks on the front of the pedalboard in a way that I can lock the two together and be more steady
This is the whole picture. All in one, tidy and well done.

I wish I could say that I had a proper pedalboard, but I just don't use enough. All I use is a wah, two overdrives, my TU-2, and, occasionally, an ancient Danelectro compressor. I just shove them all in my guitar case, haul 'em out, and plug 'em in. No board required.

Sometimes if I'm over exuberant, my flailing feet boot my pedals out of the chain, but I'm still too bent on simplicity (read: lazy and poor) to get a proper board.
