Since he left Magadeath Thanksgiving Wknd., this thingamajiggy is probably a stop gap until the new gig starts paying off.

Either that, or he's trying to fund his retirement...

He'll likely sell a few thousand units to peeps who think it'll raise their skillset to his level.

In 60 seconds, another one will be born...

cheers!

Arth, those Herco's are what i use now! I really like them apart from the way they wear under intense picking in practice.

The clip one's are held in pretty firmly with that clip snap. You actually have to snap them into place. There's another video up on YT of someone fitting a pick in and using it. Also there are a couple or three little spikes that dig into the pick to also help keep it in place.

That's a good thing then. I hated the Dunlop thumbpicks because they came off so easily, even in one size smaller - the plastic is just too soft. The Fender branded celluloid ones stay on pretty well, though. And metal ones, but they tend to cause pain after a while.

I still think this is an overpriced gizmo product in a market that's already served pretty well. You can get a dozen thumbpicks for the same price.
Hey, you asked for our opinion - now you have mine! :D

I have about a dozen of those Dunlop one's. I never use them, i don't like the tone of them. The plastic just doesn't feel right for some reason. The Herco thumbpicks are the best i've ever used up to now.

Here's a YT video of how to work this thing. Haven't made my mind up yet if i'll get one or just stick with my Herco's.
