ok here is somthing i havent seen on here i dont think. If you were going to do a cover band of one artist who would it be??

As much as i love SRV and Hendrix, i think i would say Led Zepplin. The more i listen to them the more i find that they fit my style of playing better then any one else

I want to put together a Ministry cover band, but play the songs country style.

I'd love to do a early 70's stones set list....ah yes, those were the days.

Probably Metallica, they are my favorite band and on top of that, that is my style of playing...

I'd have to say Dokken... always loved the George Lynch style of guitarmanship.

also some 90's hip hop with country twang. The Thong Song, for example.

I have mental problems.

I'd love to do an SRV cover band . . . but I don't think I could pull it off.

Hmm, based on what I play--either Neil Young & Crazy Horse or the Glenn Kaiser Band.

But I'd rather do a variety of bands but in different styles than the original.

So mellow acoustic versions of hard edged, heavy songs.
Hard edged versions of mellow songs.
Play songs with a different groove-whether you speed them up or slow them down or leave them a similar tempo.

That sort of thing.
(And I have actually done that last thing--it's more fun than playing a straight cover.)
