I'm retired ex-military, did my 20 years including a tour in Iraq (Hi, Sentry!). I just work around the house, do family stuff, and try to get rid of all the things that I don't use that I've accumulated from being overseas for almost half that time. Often we'll drive out to the 'big city' and check out the local music scene-it sure beats going to the movies. Otherwise, fishing, and occasionally traveling to places that don't require military orders.

The fun thing is that I still get carded for beer (my state passed a law that requires an ID check for anyone that looks under 40). They hate it when I ask for the Senior Citizen Discount.

I like to throw a frisbee for my drummer every once in a while.

Yeah, I suppose I need to get other interests. But on the side...I'm seriously interested on working on these things/building them.

Truth?

I lost my mind last year in Iraq. The guitar (and all of the stuff surrounding it) is probably the only thing that is keeping me sane right now...

Hats off to you and many thanks for going to Iraq to keep us safe.

I play a lot of sports. I do my football team's summer lifting and conditioning 4 days a week over the summer. I also play basketball. Our team recently got back from Penn State's summer team camp. Otherwise, I listen to a lot of music and hang out with friends. I love eating too :D

I play tennis, and I fence (foil).

I really like learning, actually. High-definition television is quite possibly the greatest learning tool ever. I'll watch anything in HD, which means a lot of History Channel, National Geographic, Science, Travel, and the two Discoveries.

Yesterday I watched three hours about UFOs...

I'll read anything I find online, unless it's way over my head.

(I also like non-Fender guitars...)

I like to learn about the bands that I like and I like to learn about the history of guitars. I think it's cool. I'm not trying to rush the summer, but I am pretty excited about July 17th. VH1 is honoring The Who!!! Yay!!! I also like to draw. I just drew Rivers Cuomo(lead singer, lead guitarist of Weezer) and it doesn't look too shabby!!!! 8) I do basketball, run track, and I hunt. Shot an 8 pointer this last season!!! :D :D :D I also enjoy to drum to a few Beatles songs every now and then.
