Yes Jeff that is a good choice. 8)

The recording Axis Bold As Love first track "EXP" goes directly into"Up from the Skies" but I've always felt it was an intro to the album's 12 songs as one song with 12 changes. That is probably because I listened to it so many times that I memorized the sequence and couldn't think of a song from it without thinking of what came after and what was before it on the album lol. :D

Tumblin' Dice. Keith Richards mentions writing that intro during the recording of 'Exiles' in the south of France. The story also includes cutting pure heroin with 20 Lbs. of baby formula...

I always loved how epic the intro to Arch Enemy's "Savage Messiah" is. Daniel's drums just sound HUGE.

Another would be both the title track and "The Divide" from Grace Potter and the Nocturnals' "The Lion The Beast The Beat" CD. You just know something cool is coming!

The classics for me. Iron Man, Stairway to Heaven, Dark Side of the Moon. Pretty much anything by Pink Floyd.

This is another one of my favorite intros.

I'd also take up drums just to learn how to play this tune. I love the drums on this. Must be real fun to play.

Yeah, like me, but "This Corrosion" by the Sisters of Mercy, too. Especially the extended version.

This is similar to the man in black's Folsom Prison and other brief Country intros. It may be simple by today's standards; but, it certainly is classic and recognizable. :D
