Does anyone here cover this song? And if you do, do you use all down strokes for the rhythm. At 160 bpm that's somewhat of a workout. My left hand can handle pretty much any song, but my picking technique can never quite kept up.

Here I am bragging about my left hand and it misspells a word. My picking technique can never quite KEEP up. This song however is easy for the left hand as much of this style of music is. Interesting how a fundamental shift in left to right hand technique took place in the early 90's. Considering this music genre.

When we saw Helmet in the early 90's the guitarist picked all down just like James Hetfield. Yeah, the songs a workout.

Thanks, I thought it sounded like all down strokes (for the chunky main parts especially). Well, looks like I will be leveling up my picking. This will be a fun way to practice that technique. After about half way through it gets challenging at 160.
