It's hard to say because not many guitars are left-handed. Fender makes some good lefties though. If you have enough money, there are some Rickenbackers left-handed also.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

My favorite left-handed guitar picks are made by a company that also makes great left-handed strings.

I love them, even though I am riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight handed.

Oh you meant actual guitar picks! I didn't even know they made left handed picks, I just use Dunlop Tortex.

I get all disoriented when I use lefty picks,so I stick to the right hand ones.On the other hand,I've made considerable profits selling my custom air guitar picks-which I make in left and right hand models and different thicknesses.I also have a complete line of different sizes of air drum sticks with the 7As being the most popular size. Its getting to be a very competitive market out there.

I was getting a really horrible sound, nothing seemed to cure it , so I went to a luthier who immediateley noticed the minute I plugged in, I was using a left handed CABLE!!!

Are there anyone who makes left-handed strings, except Pirastro can make metal gimped gut strings for violin and harp with the twist going the other way upon request?

For guitar, the direction of winding might subtly affect some playing, like pick-slides, because the angle of attack will be different. Not much, but non-zero.

As for left-handed picks, I have seen sharkfin style picks with a thumb indention, which would have to be different for dextrous and sinister players.
