That's a really cool looking amp,I love the retro/early '60s vibe it has.I have never played through one but I have heard a lot of favourable comments about that series of amps....enjoy!!!

Thanks folks I am still stunned by the clean channel voicing 59 Bassman and Vibrolux options and their respective sound. My ears have always favored the 65 Twin Reverb as the ultimate clean sound but these two voicing really give it a run.

Nice! I really like this amp, too. It's my go to for trying out new guitars in the one store I go to. Precisely for the same reason you liked the clean channel. I've been in love with the Bassman clean tone for ages now.

Plus, you can get a shed-load of different tones from the burn channel via those twin gain knobs.

It's just that a 60 watt Fender tube amp is a BIT too much for an apartment dweller, lol. Someday, when I get that house Wayyy out in the sticks, one of these or a Blues Deluxe will be mine.
