Probably a thread already for this but didn’t find so anyhoo…

Here’s some of my favorites

Sleepwalk-Santo and Johnny – nearly 60 years old and still doesn’t really get any better than this… simple, moving, toneful… what more can you ask for.

Terminal Frost – Pink Floyd – A Momentary Lapse of Reason may be dismissed by many but I still go back to this album. There are some gems on here and this is one of my favorites.

Mood For a Day – Yes/Steve Howe – not sure if you’d consider this an instrumental since its really a classical piece but the moment I heard it I HAD to learn it. I think I spent a whole summer glued to it. Got it down pretty good with the exception of a passage or two but a fun piece to play

La Villa Stragiato – Rush – Quite a journey… best Lifeson solo of all time in my opinion. YMMV

How about Stevie Ray Vaughan amazing instrumental called "Riviera Paradise"?

Jazzy chords, very tasty guitar licks, and also an incredible keyboard player in the band!

The Ventures, Link Wray and his Ray Men, Sandy Nelson, Martin Denny, Miles Davis, Rodrigo Y Gabriela, Roy Clark, Les Paul, Chet Atkins, Billy Cobham, Tony Williams, Weather Report, John Abercrombie, Jan Hammer, Herbie Hancock, plus too many more artists to list known for their instrumental work, all play favorite instrumentals of mine.
An instrumental musical composition, written by Rob Solarz singer/guitarist for Solarcoaster, named Still Life With Protons is my one favorite. I haven't been able to upload it. I sent a copy of that CD (lo-fi thrill ride) to Chet and one to Vinni at V-picks and am wondering if I should ask them if they could upload that song for me. If I ever get it uploaded you could tell me if you like it too lol.
