Have they releases Louder than Words yet? I did hear Allons-Y and enjoyed it. Was a good dose of Wright, reminiscent to me of something from Dark Side of the Moon. Can't wait to hear these in context as they appear on the album. I'll have to see if i can find Louder than Words. Curiosity is getting the best of me.

I believe it is a Radio release at this time, and they keep playing it a lot on WDST Woodstock, NY

Asleep at the Wheel does a great instrumental called “One O’Clock Jump.”

Jeff Beck excels in the classical repertoire with this blistering rock rendition of Giacomo Puccini's Nessun Dorma.

Beautiful classical instrumental masterpiece from an acknowledged master of the tremolo bar.

"It's What We Do" - Pink Floyd

Getting to know 'The Endless River' and this is song certainly one of my new favorite Floyd tunes. May not have words but certainly is not lacking in soul and I think that's the Baritone Tele with the Tremelo effect on it. Its sparse but in all the right places.

I always like Hendrix' "Peace in Mississippi."
Gotta agree, it's brilliant, and add Nine to the Universe and War Heroes into the Hendrix mix.

And by Santana, Tales of Kilimanjaro, and most everything on the Caravanserai album, which was mostly instrumental.

Also, everything by Earthless (except Cherry Red, which is a cover with lyrics).

There also seems to be a lot of good instrumental space rock coming out of Europe these days - Kamni, The Enigmatics, Electric Moon, etc.

Since it was mentioned, one of Jimi's instrumental mindblasts:
