Hi,..anyone ever experience pickguard static on telecaster? Strumming motion, or rub pickguard,..primarily in neck position(thats where its the loudest)...

Unless it's a shielding issue (which doesn't really happen all that often), the old trick of rubbing the pickguard with a laundry dryer sheet usually gets rid of static.

Yes very common this time of year. Wipe it with a dryer sheet and it should take care of it. A little humidity helps also

+1 what he said, or I use fender quick clean and that seems to take care of it for a while
