What doesn't make sense to me is, if it's a solid state (other than the analog spring reverb), why would you need selectable wattage? A solid state amp's behavior, especially a clean tone, isn't going to change with wattage. That's one of the principle values of a solid state amp. So all you need is just a lot of available wattage and a master volume knob.

I think I understand what you're trying to accomplish which is a perfectly clean amp as a base for adding external effects processing. It almost sounds to me like what you're describing is a solid state twin reverb, which isn't a bad idea. Or maybe something similar to a Mustang but without all the models and effects. But I'm not sure the general market would understand the value. Especially the tube snobs.

4) Solid State Construction,

No way, I have enough solid state crap and I don't need any more junk to fail, my tube amp of 1969 still works fine and at this point I would only buy tube amps.

Other than the price point less than a decent pedal, I think Fender has made amps that fulfill most of your wishes.
Jazz King
Steel King
Jazzmaster UltraLight

Either Fender failed miserably at marketing, or the market isn't there for Fender.

There are any number of amps of high quality SS amps that will perform as you desire. Once again, not at the price point.

Other than the multi-band eq, you've essentially described the Tech 21 Power Engine 60. The concept is clean power delivery to allow onstage monitoring of pedal amp simulators like those from Line 6, or Vox, or Digitech.... etc.

I don't know where $125 came from, but the Power Engine retails for closer to 300 bucks.

Tech 21 stuff is pro-gear, and built to deliver consistently great sound and stand up to the rigors of load-in, load-out, night after night.

I'm thrilled to have a Trademark 60. Tube snobbery aside, this amp satisfies almost every one I've watched play through mine. They're all extremely impressed at how great it sounds.

Keep those new product ideas coming though, eh? We're the "voice of the consumer" after all!

Um, no, not even close. There's no instrument input (you need a pre-amp to get signal level), not enough wattage, no reverb, no effects loop, no headphone outputs, a much cheaper speaker ($80 vs $150), and all in all a completely different animal than what he dreamt of.

To get most of what he wanted, you'd need something like a Roland JC-120, and even then you won't get three output levels (why?), a single speaker, or more than a three-band EQ. And the street price on that amp is $1200.
