Interesting way to apply a finish but the available designs on the website are a little uninspiring. Nothing looks quite as stupid as skulls on a guitar.

Except those guitars shaped like machine guns, those are really stupid.

Custom printing can be done; though I guess the whole process is still quite costly


Even so I prefer traditional finishes or real wood. I just used spray cans and lacquer on my recent kit build as I was short on resources and budget.

My son has done some pretty cool pickguards with his airbrush, so I'll stick with that. But anything "different" in the way of finishes is cool with me. But I do prefer a more normal guitar shape.

It looks to me like airbrushing has nothing to fear from hydrographics.

This is an application technique, not an art form. It's like saying "music is dead - long live mp3s".
