As soon as I figure out how to post pics, I will show my Fenders. Any guidance appreciated.

Hi Gus, photobucket is the one that I use. After I post my pics to my page there I can copy and post them here. :D

Thank you very much. I will try that.

If you have pics on the web (I use Google+ just for this purpose, since I already have a Gmail account,) you can copy and paste the link between the IMG code they have here. That's what I do. For example, on Chrome you can right click your pic and it will have the feature of open image in new tab. You can take the link in the address window of that page and paste it. Other than that, I have no clue. It's just something I figured out and it seems to work, at least for me.

Thanks !!!

Indeed. What's that Squier P-Bass you have there? It looks like it might be an old school one.

Bought the Squire II Precision bass, used in 1994, from the bass player I played with in a band. Needed one for my studio to record originals. It was made in Korea, but don't know for sure what year. As you can tell, I have taken very good care of it and it plays great. It could use a new volume pot but has to be the smaller 250k version. having a hard time finding it.

I think those go back to the late 80's, because come to think about it, I now remember (your pic jogged my memory) seeing those around the music shop I use to go to when I first started playing bass and I started playing bass in August 1988. It was around that time period (probably the following year) and I remember plunking around on a red one, too. Man, that seems like 100 years ago, sometimes. :P

The burl on that strat is beautiful. I also love the presentation. JD sounds good right about now.

Thanks for your comments. The finish is actually an FSR swirl paint finish. It is produced by floating paint on the surface of a bath of water and dipping the body through it. I didn't care much for it when I bought the guitar, I was only interested in getting a two post trem without paying for an American Deluxe, but it has really grown on me.
